Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (U.S.) / 7-21 business days (International)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (U.S.) / 5-10 business days (International)

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service. We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

International Shipping & Customs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Changes & Cancellations
